I. Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

Advance payment / bank transfer (2% cash discount)

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. When you select this payment method, we offer you a 2% cash discount if you enter the discount code SKONTO2 at checkout.

• Please note: The discount applies exclusively to payments made by manual bank transfer. If the code is used without authorization in combination with other payment providers (e.g., PayPal or credit card), the discount will be void and the difference will be charged or the order canceled.

Important information about payment processing:

• Payment reference: Be sure to include your order number in the payment reference.
• Payment deadline: The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 21 days of the conclusion of the contract. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The date payment is credited to our account is decisive.
• 📌 Shipping: Your goods will be shipped only after payment has been received in full.

• The payment methods actually available will be shown to you at checkout.
• We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods on a case-by-case basis.
• Depending on the payment method selected, shipping takes place only after successful payment confirmation from the provider.

II. Shipping terms

1. Shipping area

We deliver within Germany, to countries in the European Union, and to selected international destinations. Countries we deliver to include, in particular:

• Germany
• All EU member states
• United Kingdom (UK)
• Norway
• USA, Canada, Australia

❌ Exclusion: Delivery to other countries - especially China, Japan or Korea - is currently unavailable. 👉 The countries currently available for delivery will be shown to you at checkout.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, the weight and size of the order, and the selected shipping method, and are shown as binding charges at checkout before the order is completed.

• ✅ Free shipping on net orders of €250 or more: Applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany (unless otherwise stated).
  
  
• 📌 Freight items: Heavy or bulky tools that must be shipped by freight are generally excluded from free shipping. Freight shipping is always charged!
  
  
• ⚠️ Customs duties, taxes & fees for international orders: Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, the USA, Canada, Australia) may incur additional customs duties, import fees and taxes. These costs are not charged or stated by us and must be paid by the buyer in all cases.

3. Promotional shipping (e.g. Black Friday, special offers)

As part of limited-time special offers (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Week, anniversary promotions), free or discounted shipping may be offered. This applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany.

• ⚠️ Important notice: These promotions are valid only on the respective promotion day or during the specified promotional period. They cannot be applied retroactively or refunded, even if the order is placed shortly before or after the promotional period.

4. No retroactive refunds for shipping cost changes

If shipping costs subsequently change due to price changes by our shipping service providers or internal pricing adjustments, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference for orders that have already been completed. You are likewise not required to pay any additional amount if shipping costs subsequently increase.

• ❗ The shipping cost confirmed at checkout at the time of your order always applies.

5. Delivery time (non-binding estimate)

The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Delivery usually takes:

• 🇩🇪 Germany: 1-3 business days
• 🇪🇺 EU: 4–8 business days
• 📌 Start of delivery period: For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after full payment has been received (credited to our account).
• ⚠️ Delays: Delays due to force majeure, supply shortages, strikes, customs clearance, or seasonal demand on shipping service providers are possible and, to the extent permitted by law, do not entitle you to claim damages.

6. Shipping service providers & transfer of risk

Shipping is handled by one of the following service providers:

• DHL, DPD, GLS
• UPS, FedEx
• Freight carrier (for heavy or bulky tools)

Roofify is responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping service provider. We pay particular attention to efficiency, reliability, and sustainability to avoid unnecessary transportation routes.

• ➡️ For businesses (Section 14 BGB): The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer when they are handed over to the shipping service provider.
• ➡️ For consumers (Section 13 BGB): The risk passes to the customer only when the goods are handed over to them.

7. Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted if they are reasonable for you as the customer. You will only incur additional shipping costs if this has been expressly agreed in advance.

8. Returns & refunds

If a return is made, refunds are always issued via the payment method originally used for the purchase for security reasons.
