1. Shipping Area

Delivery is made to:

• EU Member States
• United Kingdom
• Norway
• USA, Canada, Australia

❌ No shipping to countries like China, Japan or Korea.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

• Delivery address
• Weight & size of the order
• Shipping method

✅ Free shipping for net order values of €250 or more
(only within Germany, excluding freight forwarding)

📌 Freight forwarding goods are generally excluded from free shipping.

3. Promotional Shipping

For limited-time promotions (e.g., Black Friday):

• free or discounted shipping possible (Germany only)

4. Binding Nature of Shipping Costs

The shipping cost amount displayed and confirmed at checkout always applies.

• 🇪🇺 EU: 4–8 business days

7. Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permissible as far as reasonable.

Refunds are always made using the originally used payment method.
