The seaming and curve bender is used to flange sheet metal straight, concave, or convex, from 0° to 90°. Moving the manual tool back and forth produces clean, even edges – even with very tight radii.

The desired flange height is set directly using the integrated measuring scale set in millimeters or inches. No measuring afterward is needed. The material is inserted between the bending wheels and the ball bearing, with the individual ball bearing always facing the flanging direction. The BKK 25 is then guided carefully over the sheet metal – simply, quickly, and precisely.
