Simple, fair, and transparent

Not satisfied with your order or changed your mind? No problem – returns at Roofify are clearly regulated and straightforward.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving the goods .

👉Note: The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days – we voluntarily extend it to 30 days for you.

Requirements for a Return

Please ensure that the goods are:

  • unused
  • complete
  • in their original packaging
  • without damage or signs of use

How the Return Works

  1. Send an email to support@roofify.de
  2. You will receive all information regarding the return shipment
  3. Send the goods back to us
  4. After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to you

Return Period (important)

The return shipment must be handed over to a transport company within 14 days after exercising the right of withdrawal .

👉 This period results from § 355 BGB (German Civil Code).

If the return is not made within the deadline, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Special Features for Bundles (Product Sets)

Bundles (product sets) are offered at a reduced total price.

👉 Return of Bundles:

  • A return is possible either completely (entire bundle) or partially.
  • For a complete return, you will receive the full bundle price refunded.

👉For partial returns:

If only part of the bundle is returned, the refund will be made based on the regular individual prices of the products retained .

In this case, the price advantage included in the bundle will be forfeited.

Example:

  • Bundle price: €2,049.99
  • Individual prices:
    • Product A: €229.99
    • Product B: €1,859.99

If only one product is returned, the remaining item will be charged as if it had been purchased individually .

Who bears the return costs?

  • In case of withdrawal: The buyer bears the return costs.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect delivery: We will, of course, cover the costs.

👉 Optional return service:
Upon request, we can provide you with a return label.

For this service, we charge a flat fee for return costs of €9.99, which will be deducted from the refund.

Alternatively, you can organize the return yourself – in this case, you will only incur the actual shipping costs with your chosen shipping provider.

Refund

The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the goods:

  • via the originally chosen payment method

Cancellation of an Order (before shipment)

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time.

👉 Please send us an email to support@roofify.de as soon as possible, or use the link below.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible – in this case, the right of withdrawal applies.

Cancellation by Roofify

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Shipping to the specified address is not possible
  • There are incorrect pricing or product details
  • There is suspicion of fraud or misuse
  • Payment issues arise

In these cases, you will be informed and receive a full refund.
