ABS Lanyard | Rope in Various Lengths – Secure Connection for Working at Height

When you work at height, every connection matters. The ABS lanyard with edge-tested kernmantle rope, rope adjuster and energy absorber is an essential accessory for roofers and height workers. It is part of personal protective equipment (PPE for fall protection) and is designed to bring your workplace safety to a professional level – whether on a pitched roof, at the edges of a flat roof or during façade installation.

Developed for Roofing Professionals – Robust, Flexible, Practical

The system reliably connects you to the anchor point and supports you in changing work situations. Especially when it comes to roofing and sheet-metal work supplies, you need a solution that can be quickly adjusted while remaining highly reliable.

Practical Applications

The ABS lanyard is used as a flexible, guided-type fall arrester at fall edges and in typical roofing applications. Thanks to the edge-tested rope, safety is maintained even where conventional ropes reach their limits – e.g. on sharp-edged roof terminations, parapets or sheet-metal edges.

Rope Adjuster & Energy Absorber – Work with Control

Use the rope adjuster to set the rope length precisely for your position. This ensures controlled freedom of movement, easy handling and less “spare rope” in the work area. In an emergency, the energy absorber reduces the forces acting on you – a decisive factor in modern workplace safety with personal protective equipment.
