Flexible aluminum chimney and wall flashing

The MASC - Alu-Flex 2x5 m x 290 mm is the professional solution for permanently watertight connections at chimneys, roof windows, dormers, walls and other vertical structures. Thanks to the combination of robust aluminum and a high-adhesion butyl rubber adhesive layer, the flashing tape can be applied quickly, securely and durably.

Thanks to its high flexibility, the material adapts perfectly even to heavily profiled roof tiles and provides a reliable seal against wind, rain and moisture.

Perfect fit for every roof shape

The corrugated aluminum has a material thickness of approx. 170 μm and can be stretched by at least 25% if needed. This allows the flashing tape to be easily shaped to fit different roof profiles, ensuring a clean, professional appearance.

Two asymmetrically positioned bend lines also make it easier to apply around vertical structures and allow for especially easy installation.

Strong adhesion for lasting protection

The underside features a high-quality butyl rubber adhesive layer. It provides excellent adhesion to most clean, grease-free surfaces.

A durable plastic film on the back protects the adhesive layer and is simply removed immediately before installation.

Overlaps can also be bonded easily. To do so, press the lower layer flat in the overlap area using a pressure roller to ensure a permanently watertight connection.

Ideal for roofers and sheet metal workers

MASC Alu-Flex is ideal for professional use in roofing supplies and sheet metal work supplies.
