What is the delivery time at Roofify?

Delivery times are product-dependent and are based on stock availability.
The respective valid delivery time is displayed directly on the product page.

Generally, the delivery time is:

  • Germany: approx. 3–5 working days
  • EU: approx. 4–8 working days

For pre-orders, shipping takes place after goods receipt.


From what amount is shipping free?

We offer free shipping from 250 € net order value within Germany.
Below this limit, shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout.


Are there promotions such as free shipping or discount campaigns?

Yes. Limited-time promotions (e.g. Black Friday or special promotions) are exclusively valid during the respective promotional period and only for deliveries within Germany, unless otherwise specified.


Can I pay for my order at Roofify in installments?

Yes. Via PayPal installment payment you can easily pay for tools and machinery in installments. The selection is made directly at checkout, without additional registration with Roofify.


How does returns or exchanges work?

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
