Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

👉 Note: The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) about your decision.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse repayment until:

  • we have received the goods back or
  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
    whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

👉 The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline.
👉 This regulation corresponds to § 355 BGB (German Civil Code).

If the return is not made within this period, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return.

Costs of Return

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Optional return service:
Upon request, we will provide you with a return label.

For this service, we charge a flat-rate return cost contribution of €9.99 (DE), which will be offset against the refund.

Alternatively, you can organize the return yourself – in this case, you will only incur the actual shipping costs with your chosen shipping service provider.

Compensation for Value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Conditions for Return (voluntary addition)

For a smooth process, we ask that the goods:

  • are unused
  • are complete
  • are in their original packaging
  • show no damage or signs of use

Special Provisions for Bundles (Product Sets)

Bundles are offered at a reduced total price.

👉 For full return:
You will receive the full bundle price back.

👉 For partial return:
If only part of the bundle is returned, the refund will be based on the regular individual prices of the retained products.

The price advantage included in the bundle will be forfeited proportionally in this case.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • individually manufactured or personalized products
  • perishable goods
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed
  • hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages and Problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective or damaged
  • a wrong item has been delivered

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order separately.
