How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the specific product and will be displayed directly on the product page.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information by email.


Where does Roofify deliver to?

We ship our products worldwide – with the exception of Asia.

The available shipping options, shipping costs and estimated delivery time will be automatically displayed in the checkout for your delivery country.


Do I have to pay customs or import duties for international orders?

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These are levied by the competent authorities of the respective country and are to be borne by the recipient.


How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over 250 € net value.

For all other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed transparently before you complete your order.


What payment methods does Roofify offer?

We offer various secure payment options. The available payment methods will be displayed in the checkout.

Among others, you can pay with PayPal, PayPal Installments, credit card, and other offered payment methods.


Can I pay for my order in installments?

Yes. With PayPal Installments, you can conveniently pay for your order in monthly installments. The selection is made directly during the ordering process.


Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we will of course try to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.


How does a return work?

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged?

If your delivery is damaged or an item is missing, please contact us promptly and send – if possible – photos of the damage.

We will find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.


Does Roofify exclusively sell professional tools?

Our product range is primarily aimed at professional roofers, plumbers, and carpenters.

Of course, ambitious DIY enthusiasts can also order from us and benefit from the same expert advice and high-quality brand tools.


Can I order as a private customer?

Yes. Both private customers and business customers and craft businesses can order from Roofify.


Are there discount promotions or free shipping?

Yes. From time to time we offer special promotions or discount campaigns. The respective conditions and promotion periods will be announced directly in the shop.
