The Profil Pro 1000 profiling machine is a high-performance profiling system for the professional production of standing seam profiles in roof and facade construction. The machine enables the profiling of single and double seam profiles with 25 mm or 32 mm (clip relief)and thus offers maximum flexibility for various roof and facade systems.

The Profil Pro 1000 is suitable for all common roofing materials:

Depending on the material, sheet thicknesses of up to 1.0 mm can be processed. This makes the machine suitable for both classic roof coverings and demanding facade profiles.

Precise profile quality through modern roller technology

The profiling machine is equipped with a hardened roller set with integrated drive elements. This modern roller technology ensures precise material guidance and uniform profile geometry.

Additionally, the machine features an integrated transverse cutting device with guide scales, with which the profiled sheets can be cut directly to the desired length.

The length is measured via an integrated measuring wheel, which allows for precise control of the sheet length.
