With the Sievert - PRO 88 torch-on roofing burner set HBS 2960, you work exactly as required in modern roofing: You heat the underside of the membrane in a controlled manner, guide the flame evenly along the seam, and create a secure molten bitumen bead. This gives you watertight transitions, clean joints, and reliable adhesion - especially with bituminous waterproofing on the flat roof (e.g. connections, valleys, edge areas, and detail points).

Preheating work & detail waterproofing

In addition to welding, the set is also suitable for preheating substrates, preparing bitumen surfaces, and precise detail work where stable flame guidance and a secure footing are required (support foot included). Practical tip: Work in steady passes, keep the distance constant, and observe the material approvals provided by the membrane manufacturer.
