The WUKO Combo Bender 5000 brings the functionality of a stationary seaming machine right onto the roof and jobsite. Large-format sheet metal panels, parapet caps and façade panels tend to warp or drum under wind loads and thermal expansion. With the mobile Combo Bender, you can add stiffening beads, offsets and swaged bends to the sheet metal by hand right on site – quickly, accurately and without the need for transport.

The tool features four precision guide rollers, which guide the device accurately along straight sheet metal edges. For curved dormers, barrel roofs, and tight radii, two rollers can be removed in just a few steps, making the device extremely maneuverable around curves. The working depth can be adjusted steplessly from 0 to 65 mm using a laser-etched scale. The radially adjustable lower shaft lets you set the contact pressure precisely according to the material type and thickness. Equipped with ball-bearing stainless steel forming rollers, the Combo Bender 5000 glides over the workpiece with minimal friction, without scratching coatings or pre-weathered zinc layers.
