The WUKO Über Bender 6350 is the specialized hand seaming tool for sheet metal workers, plumbers, roofers, and façade builders, designed for the perfect working of elastic, spring-back and surface-sensitive metals. Where conventional roll formers reach their limits at ${90}^{\circ }$ and the material springs back unattractively to ${85}^{\circ }$ to ${88}^{\circ }$, WUKO's overbending technique comes into play: The specially angled bending disc allows continuous bending from 0° to 100°. This allows the material stress to be deliberately overbent, so that after springback, an exact, vertical 90° angle remains.

As the long version, model 6350 handles upstand heights from 6 to 350 mm – ideal for tall fascias,parapet covers, cladding for parapets and wide gable edges. The angled disc geometry ensures that the tool edges never rub flat against the underlying sheet metal. This reliably protects delicate surfaces such as prePATINA, Quartz-Zinc, copper or coil-coated aluminum from scratches. At the same time, the design provides enough clearance to easily bend along existing longitudinal stiffening ribs.
