Frequently asked questions
✔️ Two professional individual tools for bitumen and flat-roof applications
✔️ Ergonomic wooden handles for a secure grip and efficient force transfer
✔️ Bitumen spreader for pressing down sheets and wall junctions over large areas
✔️ Pointed trowel for precise detail work on corners, edges & upstands
✔️ Robust, durable and ideal as everyday roofing tools
Professional use on the roof
When you want to work with bitumen sheets cleanly, every detail matters - especially at junctions, transitions, and in hard-to-reach areas. The MASC - bitumen spreader is your tool for pressing down bitumen sheets and wall junctions with force and consistency. This enables you to achieve reliable waterproofing over larger areas and reduce the risk of hollow spots or leaks.
The MASC pointed trowel with wooden handle demonstrates its strengths wherever space is tight: at corners, inner and outer edges, upstands, valleys, and during finishing work on transitions. Thanks to its characteristic pointed shape, you can control bitumen, filling compounds, or detail waterproofing precisely - even where wide tools cannot make clean contact.
Ideal for the following tasks
- Pressing down bitumen wall junctions and sheet overlaps
- Detail work on corners, edges, parapets, and penetrations
- Finishing work on transitions, upstands, and junctions
- Precise repairs around junctions and edge areas
- Clean application for durable waterproofing within the system build-up
