The Profil Pro 1000 profiling machine is a powerful profiling system for the professional production of standing seam profiles in roof and facade construction. The machine enables the profiling of single and double standing seam profiles with 25 mm or 32 mm (clip relief), offering maximum flexibility for different roof and facade systems.

The Profil Pro 1000 is suitable for all common roofing materials:

Depending on the material, sheet thicknesses of up to 1.0 mm can be processed. This makes the machine suitable for both classic roofing and demanding facade profiles.

Precise profile quality through modern roller technology

The profiling machine is equipped with hardened roller sets with integrated drive elements. This modern roller technology ensures precise material guidance and uniform profile geometry.

In addition, the machine features an integrated cross-cutting device with guide rails, which allows the profiled sheets to be cut directly to the desired length.

Length measurement is performed using an integrated measuring wheel, which enables precise control of the sheet length.
