Fully automatic profiling system for standing seam technology

The Profil Pro 3000 is the luxury model of Herburger profiling systems and was developed specifically for automated production of standing seam profiles in roofing and facade construction. Thanks to its fully automatic sheet metal drive and integrated cutting functions, the machine is particularly suitable for businesses with high production output.

The automatic infeed allows for the direct processing of metal coils from the decoiler, which enables long profile strips to be produced efficiently and without manual feeding.

Precise profile production with automatic cutting

The Profil Pro 3000 features a fully automatic transverse cutting device as well as a manually adjustable longitudinal cutting device with scrap ramp. This allows profile sheets to be cut directly to the required length and width during production.

In addition, an electric roller shear for transverse cutting before profiling ensures precise cuts and efficient material processing.

The integrated length measuring device with ±2 mm accuracy enables exact production of the profile sheets.

Flexible processing of a wide range of materials

The profiling system is suitable for all common materials in roofing and facade construction:

• galvanized or coated sheet steel
• Titanium zinc
• Stainless steel (e.g. Roof-Inox / Uginox)
