Fully automatic profiling system for standing seam technology

The Profil Pro 3000 is the luxury model of Herburger profiling systems and was specially developed for the automated production of standing seam profiles in roof and facade construction. Thanks to its fully automatic sheet drive and integrated cutting functions, the machine is particularly suitable for companies with high production output.

The automatic feed enables the direct processing of sheet coils from the decoiler, allowing long profile sheets to be produced efficiently and without manual feeding.

Precise profile production with automatic cutting

The Profil Pro 3000 features a fully automatic cross-cutting device as well as a manually adjustable longitudinal cutting device with a residual material ramp. This allows profiled sheets to be cut directly to the desired length and width during production.

In addition, an electric rotary shear for cross-cutting before profiling ensures precise cuts and efficient material processing.

The integrated length measuring device with ±2 mm accuracy enables precise production of the profiled sheets.

Flexible processing of various materials

The profiling system is suitable for all common materials in roof and facade construction:

• galvanized or coated steel sheet
• titanium zinc
• stainless steel (e.g. Roof-Inox / Uginox)
• copper
• aluminum

Depending on the material, sheet thicknesses of up to 0.8 mm (aluminum up to 1.0 mm) can be processed.

The machine is suitable for the production of:

• underlayments
• coverings
• conical sheets from 50 mm axis dimension
• standing seam profiles for roof and facade
