The Profil Pro 800 Light is a compact and particularly mobile profiling machine for standing seam profiles in roofing and facade construction. It was specially developed for use directly on the construction site and impresses with its low weight and its dismountable construction.

With a total weight of only 160 kg, the machine can be disassembled into three parts (base, hood, and motor). This makes it much easier to transport and use on construction sites than classic profiling systems.

Despite its compact design, the machine offers high profile quality and is ideal for roofers, plumbers, and metalworkers who want to produce standing seam profiles directly on site.

Flexible sheet metal processing

The Profil Pro 800 Light processes various materials from roof and facade construction:

Depending on the material, sheet thicknesses of up to 0.8 mm can be processed. Aluminum can also be profiled up to 0.8 mm.

The integrated hardened roller set with drive elements ensures uniform material guidance and high-quality profile geometry.
