The welding machine works with a 40 mm welding width and is ideal for PVC and TPO membranes. You set the temperature, air volume and speed precisely to match the material, substrate and weather conditions. This gives you reproducible results – from the first membrane to the last. Use in everyday roofing

You place the Thermoweld automatic welder along the overlap, align the machine precisely with the seam guide and select the parameters depending on the membrane and outside temperature. Then the welding process runs controllably over the distance: hot air activates the surface, the defined contact pressure reliably connects the layers.

For details, connections or tight areas, you can sensibly combine the machine with hand tools – e.g., a suitable torch/hot air device, pressure roller and seam tester. This makes the Thermoweld a strong component in modern roofing supplies and a real efficiency booster on the construction site.
